Look for the one that relaxes you the most. White noise provides a distraction from the tinnitus, giving you a chance to fall asleep. Find other people who have tinnitus. Very often, if you are able to set up a circle of supportive friends, your feelings of anxiety and stress will lessen. If acupuncture is of no interest to you because of the needles, look into acupressure instead. Acupressure is similar to acupuncture in application and results. The primary difference is that with acupressure you are not subjected to needles piercing your flesh.
